Our Update on COVID-19

Dear Customers,

The situation regarding COVID-19 in Michigan - and across the country - is evolving rapidly. Our thoughts are with all those affected by coronavirus. We are monitoring the situation closely and would like to share the preparations we have made to continue all operations during this time of uncertainty.

First and foremost, we are committed to ensuring the health and safety of our staff and the greater community. We have implemented procedures to protect our staff that include conducting remote meetings, temporarily suspending travel for conferences, routinely cleaning all common surfaces, and practicing social distancing measures recommended by the CDC. In addition, we have a plan in place to reduce staff onsite and to work as remotely as possible.

Because of the steps taken above, we are confident that we can continue our commitment to our clients for the duration of this pandemic. As of the date of this letter, we are able to receive samples and offer all of our normal services. We will provide an update if the situation requires us to temporarily suspend any service. We do ask that you contact us in advance at info@phycotech.com if you plan to send samples during this time. Additionally, delivery of products may be delayed due to the strain that COVID-19 is placing on the supply chain.
